1. Service Publisher

The Okurio application is published by Thomas VIAL, an individual, located in Paris, France.

Legal support is available on our support page.

The hosting infrastructure and application data are located in France.

2. Purpose

Okurio allows users to create, share and manage wishlists, and to reserve items as authenticated users or guests. By using the service, you fully accept these Terms of Use.

3. Access Conditions

You must use Okurio lawfully, fairly, and with respect for third-party rights. If you use the service from France, you confirm that you are at least 15 years old.

4. User Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activities performed through your account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information, including your email address.

Email addresses may be used for technical purposes, including password reset links and transactional emails required to operate the service.

5. User Content and Responsibilities

You keep ownership of the content you add (titles, descriptions, links, images and other information). You represent that you have all necessary rights to that content and you must not publish unlawful, defamatory, violent, or otherwise harmful content.

6. External Links and Affiliate Links

Okurio may display or allow opening links to third-party websites. Some links may be affiliate links, which means Okurio may receive a commission when a purchase is made after a click, at no additional cost to you.

The presence of an affiliate link does not constitute a guarantee or a personalized recommendation. Third-party commercial terms and conditions apply to those websites.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is". Okurio may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service continuity, without a guaranteed outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

Elements specific to Okurio (application, structure, brand, publisher-provided content, interfaces) are protected. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or reuse is prohibited.

9. Suspension, Account Deletion and Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the application. This action is irreversible, subject to temporary legal or technical backup retention obligations.

Okurio may suspend or restrict access in case of abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant use.

10. Personal Data

Personal data processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy available in the application. Personal data is not sold.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. For consumer disputes, mandatory jurisdiction and consumer protection rules under French law apply.
